Gingerman v6!

The new version of Gingerman has been released. It brings with it various bugfixes and improvements.

It is much faster than v5.1 and fixes many of the issues including WiFI and the blue line. PLEASE READ "BEFORE FLASHING" SECTION EVEN IF YOU ARE JUST UPGRADING.

Hopefully this will make up for the bad v5.1 release.

    p.s: No sound - ring - notification on this release..
    any way to fix it??... if i get a call.. it doesnt ring/vibrate it just turn on the screen..

    Have you tried this - it works for me?
    There's a temporary tip to get it working. Go in settings -> cyanogenmod -> Sound and put on "Notifies,Ringtones,alarms" in play only using speakers section.

    Yes i've tried.. but nothing happens..
    i changed all the sound related configurations that i could find.. tried every way possible but.. nothing happened T_T... sad..

    i really dont want to install again 2.2.1 T_T this rom is amazing... sadly the ringer problems...

    Using V6, system is so lag when launching apps using compass sensor like google maps, phone tester, and after apps crashed, UI is still lag until locking/unlocking the phone. same problem I had in V5 and fixed in V5.1 and came back now again.

    whats wrong with sound,,,sound is very loud. i cant hear exactly,,, what i do now.?? sound is ok in cm6 and foryoman

    So, I've installed v6 w/ OC and gapps. I had to restart the phone from some force quits of Market, but that is to be expected. I HATE DSPManager! Makes the speaker phone sound like shit! If I remove it will it revert to normal frequencies and levels?

    Everything works so far, I'll test for 2-3 days and see how battery life and all does. Does seem faster than v5.1 and without the wifi and sound issues I was having. On a side note, Netflix installed from market, and works, without issues!

    A good advice, if you install this rom and stay at ideos logo you need to install multitouch kernel before it start well

    Hey guys I want to report 2 bugs.

    Firs some times usb windows selector doesnt open

    second I power off my Ideos with 67% of battery and few seconds later of startting it show me the 3% alert of battery then I plug it and voila is 67% again.

    Great rom I would like to donate, where??

    Hi Guys, i think that v6 is worse than 5.1
    This new version is slower the 5.1 and the blue stripe in orange highlight isn't really solved.
    Infact v6 has default lcd density to 120, too high for composite call screen (there is an icon overlay for the default screen that appears when you call someone). so i tried to change lcd density to 100, now icons overlay disappeared but the blue stripe is magically appeared!
    I hope that new release cuold be more fixed, i think i will com back to 5.1

    i agree to this i feel that V6 is very very slow. but i love this ROM. i would appreciate if the Bugs are fixed when next relase.

    Hi to all, to have a good screen composition (no overlay) and no blue stripe on orange highlight, set lcd density = 114.
