Gingerman v5.1 has been released!

The new version of Gingerman has been released. It brings with it various bugfixes and updates including to the latest version of the OS - 2.3.4 and the latest version of CyanogenMod - 7.1. 

It also has fixes for lag after using camera, video recording and is much faster than v4. 

It also brings with a brand new and easy way to install releases - through ROM manager! It makes it easy for even new users to install ROMs.

    Does it has both multi touch nd over clock ? Or only one at given time ? And how it's better than froyoman cheers

    I have a U8150-B and i can't use Gingerman V5.1...it never gets 3G data and never gets Wi-Fi data...also when i finish the installation instead of having a Wizard to configure the phone, it direct sends me to the desktop without the chance of doing anything. I did a full wipe twice without luck, so i think i'm rolling back to fusionideos v2

    Please flash GAPPs using the last step in the instructions and also you need to manually add your APN by going to you network's website in order to use mobile data.

    Wifi should not be a problem - please check again

    хуже работает намного чем 5 версия, темы не становятся, меню кривое, заметил это но думаю будет больше ошибок. belarus gomel

    I'm sorry you feel that way. But this is is the way forward - CM7 is progressing fast and I can't use the old config so I really can't do anything I'm afraid.

    this is an amazing rom, thank you very much. i had been regreting buying an ideos due to the non existing software updates, but now, i am as happy a can be!! its amazing how much of a software update to a device can make

    how long it takes after reboot to flash it?
    because it's stuck for me at Ideos logo since 10 minutes.

    i selected a full wipe, i came from stock rom

    First off im loving that i have 2.3.4 on my little ol IDEOS...
    Now since i flashed 5.1 the baseband version is unknown...
    is it something ive done or to do with 5.1?

    I have a T-Mobile Comet and Android is draining it.I heard about Gingerman 5.1. Could someone give me the link to upgrade from current android system.
